Product description
EPIExpertService will conduct an inspection of the display stands ready for shipping to ensure that the product has been properly packed and that the order is complete as per the PO, it also includes a spot check of randomly picked samples from the order that are marked as checked for later reference.
Inspection carried out by a trained EPIExpertService employee (not a contractor) and includes:
1. Inventory – totals on PO to match packed order.
2. Packaging – Ensure the integrity of the boxes for stacking for 2m high stacks (container packing) and check that packing is adequate to ensure no damage while in transit
3. Spot inspection of the product – random check of products for conformance to standards (e.g. tension on retractable display stands, weight of product to ensure quality – item specific tests)
4. Loading the container and sealing of doors (FCL only – extra day charge)
Inspection is photographed and a report sent within 5 working days
Inspection to be arranged 3 to 5 working days before loading date to ensure time to correct non-conformances.
This is an onsite inspection travel costs apply.
