EPIExpertService will conduct an inspection of media ready for shipping to ensure that the product has been properly packed and the order is complete as per the PO.
Inspection carried out by a trained EPIExpertService employee (not a contractor) and includes:
1. Inventory – totals on PO to match packed order
2. Packaging – ensure the integrity of boxes and packaging conforms to requirements for loading in a container up to 2m height
3. Color checking to ensure consistent color between orders
3. Loading of the container and sealing of the doors (FCL only – LCL not loaded onsite)
Inspection is photographed and a report sent within 3 working days
Inspection to be coordinated for loading day, afternoon loading to ensure time for inventory inspection prior to loading
