EPIExpertService will work together with your company to find the cause for ink failure. Since the reasons for ink failure are wide ranging the services will be charged depending on the symptoms as well as any testing and or site visits that need to be conducted in order to localize the problem.
The service will include phone support for troubleshooting as well as testing and site visits if this is required.
We have more than 20 years experience in problem solving with digital printing machines and more than 40 years of trouble shooting experience on a variety of machines.
We will not stop till we find the problem and help you find a solution.
