EPIExpertService will conduct an on sight inspection of the ink ready for shipping to ensure that the product has been properly packed and the order is completed as per the PO, it also includes a spot check of quality of randomly picked items.
Inspection carried out by a trained EPIExpertService employee (not a contractor) and Includes:
1. Inventory – totals on PO match packed order.
2. Packaging – Bottle integrity and weight, labels on bottles and boxes, Box integrity needs to be able to be stacked 8 high without buckling
3. Loading of container and sealing of doors (FCL only – extra day charge)
The inspection is photographed and a report sent within 3 working days
Inspection date to be arranged 3 to 5 working days before loading date to ensure time to correct non-conformances
